When manually creating a catalogue in Z Freedom and adding stock lines to catalogue, give option to either choose from beginning what type of catalogue promo or ability to bulk edit selected lines into different promo type. By default lines are loaded as Buy X for $. Can only adjust by individually changing each line to Buy X or more get % off. Longer process is to export, adjust Promo types between 0 and 1 and then import back in again
