Add Stored Signature to PRF Merged

Adding a stored signature to PRF report so you can just email it to another pharmacy, rather than printing, scanning and adding work to the workflow

    I have merged it with a similar idea which more broadly captures digital signatures for Dispense documents that are emailed.
