Add a Fridge or Cold Chain Icon in the dispense history area (next to the basket/CTG/charge icon)

Staff often dont know what items are fridge/cold chain when a patient comes in to collect their script. Having an "icicle" or snow flake icon where the other icons live like the CTG icon or waiting at till icon would immediately indicate its in the fridge to be collected.
