Please remove the annoying sticky pop-up notes that appear when opening a patient's profile.

Instead, add a scrollable Patient History Notes section in the bottom-middle of the patient profile screen. The notes should be displayed in reverse chronological order (newest first) so the most recent information is always visible.

This would eliminate the need to press F8, then open Notes, and manually scroll through the list every time, which is time-consuming and inefficient. Having the full history visible directly within the patient profile would significantly improve workflow and make it much faster to review important patient information.
