When pressing ESC or F12 to clear the current page, instead of displaying a blank screen with only the search bar, it would be much more useful if the screen displayed:

• Live Dispensing Queue

• Current PBS Status

• Patient Search Bar

This would allow pharmacists and dispensary staff to immediately monitor live workflow and PBS processing while remaining ready to search for the next patient. Displaying this information would make far better use of the screen space, improve efficiency, and reduce unnecessary navigation throughout the day.
