re-design electronic script rpt print outs to include QR code and eRx script code

Instead of e-script repeats taking up 1 whole A4 page, reconfigure it to print on the repeat sized page. Include QR code and electronic eRx code so we have 2 options to scan it into computer. We have received this version from another pharmacy and really like it

    Thank you for the suggestions.

    Please note that we do already provide the option to print in an A5 format. This setting can be configured under Z Dispense > Workstation > Print > Select the appropriate EOP Printer and EOP Size options.

    As for the design, we currently only include one QR code for scanning.
