Flag decease patient somehow on the safety net report as deceased. Under the section “Relationship” on the PRF you could list something like:

1. 1. Applicant

   2. Spouse [deceased]

This will alert the staff that the family member is deceased so they can prepare to answer any questions the family may have around why they are still listed on the safety net form when they may have passed away weeks/months prior.

Further to this, have this populate on other reports throughout Z would also be good to avoid reporting on patients who are deceased
