we use the "note" feature above patient history a lot, but sometimes the note needs to stay at the top of the history, so it can be visible each and every time the patients scripts are accessed or dispensed!
Also: the pop up post-it notes get completely ignored and usually appear in the way. Always having to shift them while dispensing. FRED Dispense use to have an "important note' function that would appear permanently in red by the patient's name and address - good for communicating things like 'Never give an Owing script' etc
