ZOE Receivals - change the default setting for receipting order status to remove Saved and Cancelled from the receipting order status’s

It is odd that saved order status is include in Receive order screen (ZOE) when the order hasn’t been sent yet, also Cancelled orders would not be arriving to the stores.
